Walkie forklifts, also known as Pedestrian forklifts, come in 3 types:
- Stacker - Up & Down only, no extra features. They come in manual or power operated.
- Reach - Power drive, power lift. Features - reach & tilt. All functions power operated
- Counterbalanced - Long body, power drive, power lift, most have tilt. No legs in the front
Options available
1 ton to 4.2 metres
1.5 - 2.0 ton to 6.0 metres

When buying a refurbished unit make sure it has:
New batteries
New wheels
New safety protection - i.e.. perspex, decals
It is painted to new forklifts appearance and not just the new paint over the
